Rowland Smith

Dr. **Leo Rowland Smith** ("L. Rowland Smith") is a Colorado Springs–based pastor, missional practitioner, author, and adjunct educator. He leads at the intersection of national mission training, regional micro-church networking, and local church culture: as **National Director of Forge America Mission Training Network**, **Founder and Director of The Pando Collective** (Front-Range micro-church network nested in Pulpit Rock Church), and **Pastor of Missional Culture at The Church at Pulpit Rock**. He teaches adjunctively at **Fuller Theological Seminary** (DGL), **Denver Seminary** (including the Doctor of Ministry in New Missional Movements), and **Grand Canyon University**.
